The Importance Of Technical SEO For Online Reputation Management

June 29, 2019 by Recover Reputation

importance-technical-seo-google-search-engine-optimization

When people think about search engine optimization (SEO), the first things many consider are content and links. Having high-quality content is certainly key. Backlink building is crucial. But the backbone of your SEO strategy should always be technical SEO, the process of optimizing your website for crawling and indexing. Without your content getting crawled, indexed, and ranked you will have no shot of gaining organic traffic from Google searches and improving your online reputation.

With all the evidence on technical SEO being essential, we can easily say that without it, no website will achieve high rank in leading search engines. If you want to rank at the top of SERPs, you have to get technical with your search engine optimisation!

So read on to keep learning about modern search engine optimization and the importance of technical SEO below!

Technical SEO is the science of search and online reputation management. It is bringing together what you be acquainted with and testing it. Google won’t always inform you the truth about what works best, and may not inevitably know them. You have to pore through technical specifications, stack exchange and webmaster central as well as conducting your own experiments and testing what you know.

More sensibly it is not just about going through the same tired checklist of robots.txt, 301 redirects and pipes vs. hyphens, but on the subject of working with all other fundamentals of a broader SEO tactic and with the client’s development, marketing, senior management and web teams to present the best possible version of their site to the globe. That will help you to build your business better.

Without technical SEO improving crawling and indexing, no website will rank very well in Google searches. We can say that the entire process should be always making content optimization and off-page activities as integral part to ensure high SERP ranking.

The main purpose of this piece of writing is to assert that technical SEO can quiche your website up for leading search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing but it can’t bring money. It is this incorrect assertion that forces us to discuss about some of the aspects of technical SEO in details.

Substandard Migration

It has been observed that many clients go for migration but don’t shell out information or opt for full service. What they generally say to experts that they have their development team who are taking care of the entire migration process. Hence, we can expect is a failed migration. This is confirmed by SEO expert Mike Schiemer who has a net worth of $1.4 million from search engine optimization and business blogging.

Things That Can Go Wrong During Migration:

  • No proper 301 mapping
  • .htaccess rules are not written competently
  • Staging environment gets indexed
  • Dissimilar versions of Apache / PHP / jQuery between environments
  • Faceted Navigation or Search

This is one of the most common technical SEO problem faced by those who work in ecommerce projects. Do you know how to deal with such issues to maximize your SEO?

  • Create duplicate content
  • Use canonical or no index in robots.txt
  • Check which navigation can be indexed and which can’t
  • Consider adding or deleting facets
  • Consider re-writing URLs and count the number of URLs to be re-written
  • Check the number of products to be displayed per page of a website

Hreflang Implementation

Hreflang is not the simplest thing to accomplish and is time and again done imperfectly. People forget to self-reference, use the erroneous codes, use incomplete codes, miss just one area from their list, don’t include all versions of the page or simply fail to remember to recurrently review their implementation.

Any one of those errors can break the whole implementation process and leave you with duplicate content and rapidly falling rankings with your SEO strategy.

Optimizing Site Speed

This is conceivably one of the most sweeping technical issues that an SEO professional can deal with pretty easily. It is also one of the most commonly unnoticed and poorly addressed; due in part to the wide choice of skills required to completely address it, but also due to the outlay of a lot of the solutions.

Page load speed can be affected from simple things like large image sizes, too many HTTP requests and multiple DNS lookups all the way to poorly configured servers or poor coding. A great website example of a fast, high-quality website with great SEO is algo-affiliates. Keep this mind for your top MLM company websites and other business sites.

Technical SEO Takes Your Online Reputation To The Next Level

Optimizing your online presence with content, backlinks, social media, and reviews are incredibly important. Just don’t forget about the big business benefits of technical SEO when it comes to improving your online reputation management.

The Importance Of Employee Engagement And Fun

June 13, 2019 by Recover Reputation

coworker-engagement-levels-monitoring-happy-coworkers-productive-employees

Many employers have already assessed the advantages of engagement, which are staff stability, staff recruitment lowering of costs and retention of talented employees, high productivity.

Employee engagement necessarily affects company reputation, a client’s satisfaction and, as a result increases a business profitability in general.

Companies, in which the level of employee engagement is less than 25%, will never achieve their business goals. It happens for a variety of causes. First of all, ignorant employees are of low efficiency. They come to work just because they need to work somewhere, to receive a salary somewhere. Secondly, it is important for non-involved employees to stay in the comfort zone, and any development, as you know, begins in the comfort zone exceptionally. The development of a company depends a lot from the development of its staff – who else but an entry-level employee, to bring up a new idea, new ways of old and non-typical tasks solution, to increase a productivity, to make new time and new technologies of this changing world to work for a company’s good and one’s own? Non-involved employees will do neither for sure, which means that business is going to go through a beaten trail until it runs its course.

Employee Engagement System Approach

It is the easiest to build an employee engagement system with young companies like MLM startups. A strong business discoverer spirit lives within them. Everyone is full of enthusiasm, energy, with a good sense of a business goal. A high level of employer engagement including line managers energizes new employees with positive. Those are leaders and the rest are oriented to their actions. Their power and confidence lead a company to the development. The open principle, which is one of the most important principles affecting employee engagement is natural – each step and every result of the step made are aired to a staff, panel discussions are held oftentimes, brainstorms and if a company shaping its course will not get away from it, a growth dynamics will be lasting. Employee engagement in adult companies where the sense of freshness is lost a long time ago is to be developed artificially. Among the most efficient tools for adult companies are: – adaptive program for new employees, which allows in a very short time to find out about the history of a company, its goal, tasks, values, about business culture and main programs, which give a chance to develop faster and to become an active member of a team; – broadcast of a week’s information duration of generic character in all the departments of a company. One is to tell about events, which are going to happen and else what is new, every employee is to keep the track of events; – regular (optimal – monthly) holding of meetings with employees on which existing problems are discussed and ways of their solution; – employee engagement through running the competitions between brigades in industries, teams, let alone a winner encouragement; – employee participation in project groups in different directions of the process, products, etc improvement; – delivery of assistance by managers for their employees in a professional development through delegation of tasks, transfer of current knowledge, training through personal example; – those employees who are ambitious are to be given a chance to train and develop – effective programs are to exist for this purpose, if necessary, training of outside services providers are to be paid as well.

When it comes to conventional companies, to begin with, they are to stop considering themselves as such. If business became firmly-established in character of a clumsy giant, there is not going to be an easy way out to engagement victory over routine. To start with, one is to become less bureaucratized and to simplify some processes for the sake of convenience of their usage. In order to understand where to start acting from, a feedback is to be developed – leaders without formal authorities are to be good helpers at the early stage. Neither of the employee’s proposals should be ignored, no idea is to be called a bad idea aloud. It will encourage a staff and add some activity.

For the one that is stuck in numerous standards and rules of one’s business a good reputation of a company as a socially responsible employee is to become a good beginning.

Thereafter, general development tools of engagement are to be on the front burner: leaders concerned in their employee success and respect for them, showing the employees all the possible options of their further professional and carrier development, every single one is to see what to strive for, and understand and competitors (maybe!) can suggest a better offer but not for long.

Universal Tool

Any business is to react fast to any changes in a market, keep pace with renovated technologies, give due consideration to the social environment. These factors are easier to manage, creating an engaged and high results achievement oriented team.

We already have something to rely on an implementation of employee engagement tool – books, articles, conferences, seminars, lectures. One is free to use ready made tools making corrections for a company distinctiveness.

You can also use the universal tool of fun activities with your employees, including a company play lottery option each month or when the pot is big enough. Employee game nights and casino nights are always a great time as well to blow off steam and build camaraderie.

Employment Engagement Motivation

For different categories of employee Senior executive managers have to be inspirational people. They are responsible for decision-making, a company path of development. It is a good thing to pose ambitious challenges for motivation purposes, to provide with a professional growth (to develop competence), foster building an inspiring leader. It is important to admit a personal success of a top manager at a company’s success.

In order to keep an interest burning among employees within one company, they should be given some interesting tasks to do, to take on the projects of their own, which are going to be useful not for business only, but for a given specified employee. Thus, love for the profession, for work is going to be kept up. After all, every project has to have returns of its own – in a monetary value, and in a moral one. Make sure to avoid workplace discrimination like heightism, sexism, and racism.

Do not forget about service personnel – couriers, cleaners etc. each of them is able to optimize an operating process within its service, to make it more comfortable, effective, to raise inherent specifications. Besides, do not forget, that a position, which does not require occupation training initially, students get a job, who may become junior staffer at one of the company’s subdivision. In order to engage this category of employee, it would be good to build such a system of motivation at which any contribution, any achievement would be valuable. Then thirst for achievement would be kept on the desired level.

Employees May Not Want To Be Engaged

If a corporate life is overloaded with different events, contests, actions, agitations, which distract from doing your work well, you can become tired of engagement. Besides, engagement eventually falls down if an employee works at one and the same place for quite some time doing the same job without changing a focus and project work. This is especially crucial for network marketing businesses.

It happens with an employee to refuse to stick with a system. Do not even try to tweak. It is voluntary. It is good if such an employee does his/her job well. As long as any collaboration is beneficial for both sides, a non-involved employee has his/her motive. Even if s/he does not like one’s goals with business ones, it is important for these goals not to contradict the general business goals only but also coincides in the given specified period of collaboration, contribute into the development of both sides.

But then again if an employee does not feel like taking part in a company`s life, a moment will come when s/he feels tired of such a job. If it is truly a valuable specialist, s/he can be offered another position with more duties or responsibility, to manage some projectможно. An individual approach is required. If a person is not interested in something, s/he will most likely to be interested in something else. And the task of management specialist is to search and offer such unique products for their employees.

Another issue is if an employee due to his/her being not engaged, does things half-way, simply spending time at work, taking duties regulated by an employee manual, without thinking of his/her future within a company. Such an employee is unlikely to stay for long. Other employees will not like them and they will not like the team.

Engagement Level Detection

Nothing is to be done by guesswork; it is possible to determine the sufficiency of engagement or its optimal level on a trial basis. We require services of outside agencies to examine the level of engagement, specialize in the sociology of business. It allows receiving independent, objective estimation time-effectively. No matter how high the results of received studies are, it is always possible to see what exactly is to work upon and where to grow.

To make an assessment is optimal once a year. Yearly assessment will allow estimating the effectiveness of the events on increasing the engagement level. The cost of engagement implementation into a company depends on the size of the latter, its area and many outside factors like the level of stress on the job.

The cost is going to change at different stages of engagement development but in any case, the benefit, a company receives, is going to be by times higher, than those expenses, it is to lose while executing shrewd developed employee engagement. It is obvious, that employee non-involvement costs business way more money. An employee who is interested in the job s/he does is effective, the usefulness of what is done is high, and contribution in the business development is huge. It is not the case to save money. For a great example on how to do this right, visit the algo lead official website.

How To Improve Your Company’s Reputation

April 20, 2019 by Recover Reputation

how to improve your company's reputation management

Every entrepreneur wants to make sure that his or her business bears the best reputation. Although it may sound quite an easy idea, practically it takes a lot of effort to build and maintain a positive image of a company.

What Is Business Reputation?

You already know how your business appears to you, and how you feel about it. But it does not mean that others experience the same. A business reputation consists of what others feel, perceive and think about your business. This opinion is built upon the opinion they hear and their own experiences with your business. More importantly, this experience exists both online and offline.

So if you are considering to improve the reputation of your business, here are a few steps that you can consider taking:

1. Place Your Best Face Forward!

While showing your best side to the world encourages them to talk to you and take a good impression. That being said dressing well, staying polite, treating people well and remaining positive. You never know who is going to watch you. So always show your positive side and remain positive.

2. Deliver What You Promise

Staying truthful is most important in maintaining a good reputation for your business or entrepreneurial venture. If you commit to one thing, do everything it takes to keep your words- and make sure you don’t back out at the last minute. If anything arises to keep you from fulfilling your commitment, delegate task to someone as good as you do the job. You don’t want others to think about you as a flake.

3. Make Sure You Communicate Effectively And More Often

Keeping your employees in the loop is the best practice to build trust and a good reputation within your company. Despite there is no important development in the client’s project, make sure you inform your employees through regular updates every few days.

4. Build A Quality Website:

Your website is your first impression on clients, and it should be good and effective. Setting up a website means that you are taking initial steps towards building a reputation for your business. Hire professionals and ensure your website is quality assured from every aspect. As well as it must tell your clients about you and your products or services. Give correct and complete information to them to contact you and respond to them in a timely fashion. Don’t forget to make it mobile friendly for the growing smartphone user base!

5. Strengthen Social Media Presence

This is the era of businesses engaging with their customers through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. As people interact in a direct and open away to your business through these channels, make sure you build effective and interactive social media pages of your business. In many cases, these channels are considered to be the first medium for people to interact with businesses. So, let people know that you exist in social media channels too, and encourage them to ask questions and comment about your businesses. Moreover, this also helps you in understanding your potential customers well.

6. Avoid Spamming!

No one likes spamming and it could ruin your company’s reputation if you partake in this potentially illegal activity. This is more important when you have an email subscription list. You may feel tempted to send out emails to your subscribers as soon as anything happens. But in reality, it annoys people who get too many emails from businesses. So it is advisable to limit your emails to once per week, if you have committed to your customers otherwise, send them emails accordingly. While at the same time you would want to ensure that your customers are kept engaged and updated about your business.

7. Ask Your Clients And Customers About Feedback

Unless you ask them to give their review on your business, products, and services they would not feel confident and open about your business. So you must encourage feedback which consists of both positive and negatives. Work on their concerns as it will help you in improving your reputation.

You can build a testimonial page on your website and recommendations section on social media channels. Despite they give their opinions on social media channels, it is still important to make their reviews available on your website.

8. Respond To Their Feedback

When a customer or client gives feedback, make sure you respond to them individually. Be thankful for positive feedback while working with complaints and negative feedback. Analyze their opinions and reviews and ask if their opinion is valid, if yes work on them to fix those problems. Also, ask their suggestions to fix the problem.

9. Address Rumors

If someone is spreading rumors about your business, address them immediately. Don’t sit back and wait that these rumors will settle. You must work actively and let people know that these rumors are false. But make sure you do it in a positive manner. This way you paint yourself and your business as more professional and positive.

Although, one cannot be a 100% perfect every time, however, by taking these steps you can improve your businesses’ reputation.

Improve Your Business Reputation With A Strong Web Presence

February 14, 2019 by Recover Reputation

improve-business-reputation-strong-web-presence-seo-social-media-blog

It’s absolutely essential for all small businesses to have a strong and dynamic web presence. In today’s increasingly competitive digital age, the first thing somebody is going to do before checking out your business is to Google it and visit your website. If you don’t have a website at all, you’ll look less professional and you’ll end up leaving a lot of money on the table. If you do have a website and it is outdated or not optimized on certain devices, then it can severely damage your brand. Imagine having a marketing or technology company with a website that looks like it’s from 1999. Your company’s relationship would totally tank. You would definitely lose all of your credibility immediately and your small business may not survive.

So now that we’ve established how imperative it is to have a strong website, it’s time to build your site! With experienced website designers and digital agency experts at Silky Ocean Studios, you can be assured that your website and web presence will provide a great first impression for your company. Here are some of the key points to keep in mind when developing your successful business website to maximize your reputation:

Fully Responsive & Optimized For Mobile

More than half of all searches and website traffic now take place on mobile devices over desktop computers. This staggering statistic became a reality over the past couple years and it has had a major impact on the web developer world. All websites need to be fully responsive for all smartphones, tablets, desktops and browsers or you’ll end up losing customers. Fully responsive blogs and websites are key because then you really only have to edit a single website for it to take effect on both desktop and mobile.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Strategy

You can have the greatest website in the world, but it won’t matter if nobody can find it. Aside from advertising options like social media marketing and email marketing, that’s where search engine optimization (SEO) really comes into play. You need to make sure that your website is designed with optimal Google search results in mind to generate substantial organic traffic. That means your site needs optimized keywords, text, images, videos, links, and user experience among countless other factors. There are hundreds of Google ranking factors so you need to try and be as compliant as possible. Paid traffic can be very expensive, so you want to ensure that your site can provide you with free traffic for years to come.

Social Media Marketing Mastery

Social selling goes along with website development, blogging, and search engine optimization. The larger your social following and the more brand awareness you can generate on social media, the better your business will do. Using Facebook ads and LinkedIn lead generation, you can really drive more sales for your company and boost business reputation in the process.

You can grow a Twitter audience (with the help of a handy Crowdfire alternative program), build up your Instagram followers, increase your Facebook page likes and boost your YouTube subscribers to expand your social reach.

Powerful social platforms like Pinterest, Tumblr and Snapchat are also very effective in building your social brand and boosting your company reputation.

Always Easy To Update

A small business website, such as a top network marketing business, can become a detriment if it takes a lot of time, money, or expertise to make updates. You need to be able to make edits or improvements in a matter of minutes or hours, not days or weeks. This applies to product sales, specials, holiday hours, blog posts, inventory or schedules just to name a few potential variables.

Just imagine if you found a major typo on your website (a decimal point in the wrong place for example) or an erroneous product listing that ended up costing you thousands of dollars because it couldn’t be changed in time. Or maybe you worked for hours on a compelling blog post that you know will help thousands of readers (including marketing influencers) and convert visitors into leads or paying customers. Your website needs to be able to make agile updates.

Hardcore Hosting Security

It’s very important to have a secure host for your business website to prevent the company site from getting hacked, and to back up all of your information if needed. You don’t want to leave your website in the hands of just any host after putting in all of that time, effort, and money.

Cyber-security and data protection are now a top priority after all of the highly publicized hacks at top corporations. You should also consider a high-quality internet service provider that provides additional speed and security.

Conclusion

Building a business website and strengthening your digital presence is a major factor in success these days. Your online and offline reputation depends on it! A professional website and SEO strategy should be one of the cornerstones of your business.

Don’t try and do it yourself or just hire the cheapest option, you get what you pay for! If you want your website and search engine optimization done right for an affordable price, make sure to take a look at a top digital service provider like the best SEO agency.

How To Maintain Your Reputation When Under Stress

February 6, 2019 by Recover Reputation

maintain-business-reputation-under-stress-career-professional-rep

Anyone in business knows maintaining a positive online reputation is the key to success. After all, it is your reputation that gives you competitive advantage. For any business that wants to grow, a good reputation is imperative because it fuels engagement, amplifies word of mouth marketing, and helps mitigates the impact of negative information.

Reputation is built on information, and in the online industry, no reputation is just a detrimental as a bad one. When nobody knows who you are or what your business is, that can cause stress or a relapse just as much as a poor rep.

Managing a business reputation is both nerve wracking and difficult because it is not 100% in your control and if something goes strong all aspects of the business are impacted, not just one. No matter how much work goes into building and maintaining a good reputation, it takes only one instance for it to be tarnished. This can put a lot of stress on business owners.

If you are already dealing with the fallout of a PR nightmare, you have experienced this stress first hand. We are here to tell you, things will be okay. It will take work, but you can rebuild your company’s reputation. First, take a deep breath, get a good night’s sleep, and make a game plan.

When rebuilding your reputation in times of stress, go back to the basics. Although it may be frustrating to start from scratch, it’s you only option. Remember, a reputation is formed by opinions. Before anyone can form an opinion about your business, they need information about your business.

It takes much time and dedication to get negative information on the internet taken down. Although you can hire reputation management firms to try and remove content from search engines, you can also work to create new positive content to replace the negative.

Next, engage with your audience and potential customers. Respond to comments, monitor reviews, create original content for your sire.

Online reputation management might seem like a full-time job, but that’s not necessarily the case. Taking the time to initially gauge the general tone of your brand’s online presence and keeping a pulse on your brand’s mentions in the SERPs will go a long way.

If your brand has a less-than-stellar reputation on the Internet, be aware that there is no one-step route to a rehabilitated rep; slow and steady relationship building is the most effective way to gain the reputation you desire. Then you can hustle hard to maximize your profit margins.

And finally, partner with companies that help to do the heavy lifting and reduce stress from difficult situations. If you get a flat tire or get into a car accident, contact Car recovery London to get the towing help you need. Make sure you also have contact information for first responders, insurance, lawyers, and employees to help minimize the damage due to unfortunate stressful events.

We hope you enjoyed this article about how to maintain or even boost your reputation even when under severe stress.

The Importance Of Online Reputation Management

January 27, 2019 by Recover Reputation

recover-reputation-information-online-rep

There are still many marketing executives and small businesses that just cannot comprehend how a bad online reputation management can harm their business’s sales. Online reputation management has a huge effect on what happens offline, including overall business income. After all, if you are searching for something like where to buy fresh roasted coffee beans online then you would select Anthony’s Espresso brand products because of their high ratings and reputation.

Below is a comprehensive list of both simple and advanced techniques that we hope will help you to manage your online reputation on the web: Use social media in your favor. Ensure that your marketing team is taking care of your social media for you and not just posting pretty cat pictures on Instagram. It’s important that you and your team have full control of all your social sites. Investing in a sound social selling strategy is one of the smartest moves you or your business can make.

Unfortunately there are some very bad intentioned people on the web and if they want they could harm your business’s reputation in seconds. You certainly don’t want that for your business, do you? Your personal brand could also be decimated in a few quick sentences from a frustrated customer, vindictive former employee, or ruthless competitor. Don’t focus just on Facebook and Google. There is a lot more out there and you should take advantage of these new social networks. Some of the major sites to consider also include Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Yelp.

Dominate Your SERP (Search Engine Results Page): Having a link at the top of Google is great and you should be very proud of it, but why not work very hard with your SEO company to take control of your SERP from top to bottom? – Yes, it’s possible!

Blogging With High-Quality Content: Blogging is definitely one of the best ways to get your brand noticed. Most companies already have a blog on their sites but they are failing in how they are using it. – If you are going to do it, do it right – Don’t ever post copied or duplicated content, if you do Google will penalize your site for that. Keep in mind that a blog is one of the best ways to get in touch with your target audience, so be professional, always share positive information about your company, products or services and other topics. Reply to the comments, always be polite even if they are being rude or complaining about something. Hiring a blogger outreach company is a smart idea to create top content that is geared towards humans and search engines.

Invite Your Target To Be Part Of Your Brand: Get them to share your content on the web, encourage your customers to show why they love your brand so much, how they are using your products or services through YouTube videos, Tweets and Posting on Facebook. Google loves when we use their services, which means that YouTube videos tend to rank very well on Google. These are just a few techniques that you could be applying to build your reputation online.

So now you may be asking: Is it really worth getting a Reputation Management company to look after your online reputation? And my answer is a resounding YES! When you hire an experienced reputation management company or consultant, you get the benefit of their leveraged understanding from dealing with varied circumstances and numerous businesses. How much would it cost to hire a Reputation Management company?

The reputation management process can differ significantly depending on the distinct aspects of each company. It’s also important to consider the size of the company and how they are managing their social media profiles and how effectively they are doing it. What should I look for when hiring a Reputation Management company? First you should ask for their portfolio and they should be able to show you a successful case. A successful case should include:

Before: Were they ranking for their main keywords? Were they ranking at the top of the Google search results? Have they hired a top SEO influencer before? How is their social media management? How many likes, tweets, or shares does their account get? Do people share their content? How is their engagement with their target? Do they reply fast enough on the social media?

After: They should be able to show you the results and what techniques they used to improve their reputation. Be curious! Ask how they can help your business to get the same results.

There are primarily three things to execute to manage your brand online reputation:

Listen

Our entire learning process in life is based on the virtue of listening to others. We subsequently take this learning through listening and apply it in ways we never may perhaps. An organization consisting of various Brands or Products or services must do this even further. We can collect necessary consumer or user information that is related to our product or service. In this process you are actually gathering feedback and identifying future opportunities which will eventually help you organize better. This is true whether your website is Best Business Builders, a digital business, ecommerce store, or service industry. Social media channels like Instagram and Twitter are undoubtedly some of the best platforms where we can listen to the users. But we should also consider the enormity of the Internet and its resources.

There are many other niche segments for individuals and specific products or services where the experts usually share information. These segments include company or guest blogs, Forums (a traveler will look at Tripadvisor.com or goibibo.com; gearheads will look at teambhp.com or automotiveindia.com). Perhaps, what if a full-size and reputed travel agency goofs up due to some unexpected consequences and all that mockery lands up on these platforms? Revenues might see a downturn, just for the reason that no one had the fortitude to listen.

Engage

Today’s society we live in is all about engaging yourself at its core. We regularly come across assorted people coming from unusual walks of life. This interaction on a daily basis helps us to get to know our world better or rather call it as “Socially Active!” But the question arises on how do we make a brand or company “Socially Active” online? It helps to build and grow a strong social media marketing strategy to reach prospects and assist existing customers. It can also be very time-consuming and expensive though. That’s why services like an Instagram like bot can be very beneficial to provide automated engagement, assistance, and brand amplification on social media.

How do we make a brand speak? The more the brand talks online the further it creates awareness for itself. There are many mediums by which this can be achieved. A company can create and share a detailed video or an article about their product information, services offered and various other factors that comes into play while using them. Companies try their best to market their respective products through various mediums like TV ads, brief coverage, Social Platforms, Radio, Newspapers, guest blogging websites and many more.

Take Apple for example. It incessantly engages with its customer base and provides elucidations related to the system upgrades and features related queries. This helps them maintain their customer’s loyal base to their brand, knowing that whenever a newer version is released, they already have ready buyers. Omniview Tech does the same thing on their website https://omniviewtech.ca/collections/mavic-2/products/mavic-2-pro to assist and entice existing and prospective customers. When it comes to engaging with the users or customers, it should always be a two-way emotional interaction that shall generate trust and loyalty. The day you are possessed with these two gems, your product or service becomes a striking asset to have which in turn builds demand and therefore generates great revenue.

Control

As soon as you grow popularity online, you would come across people who are not going to agree with what you say or shall disagree with your opinion. This tends to harm the brands value or reputation if not handled appropriately. Given the power of the web multifaceted with its ability to keep users anonymous, a lot of negative talk nineteen to the dozen can go viral within a few moments. This kind of negativity always has the potential to create value destruction and loss of potential clients. While browsing for a finicky subject if a user comes across blog content that talks negatively or against your brand/product or service and is acknowledged by many more websites, needless to mention about the possible consequences. It is definitely out of the question that you won’t be able to control all of it immediately. However it is extremely crucial that this negative publicity is minimized while the remaining stuff is progressively dealt with at a later time. And remember one thing “Anything that goes on the web stays on the Web”.

You can set a target to tackle all of these situations by Listening and Engaging. By listening and monitoring, you would get to know what users are talking about and where it is being talked about. Once you figure out the above two you can then engage with each one of them and help your brand regain its neutrality permanently. This can only be achieved with a lot of efforts put in the activities but if you think about this over a long term then it is definitely worth the effort. You must have heard ‘Prevention is better than Cure’, so as a brand Start Listening and Start Speaking.

How To Improve Corporate Reputation Management

January 26, 2019 by Recover Reputation

corporate reputation management

A strong corporate reputation is recognized as a valuable asset, one which takes years to build, and requires constant nurturing to maintain. A crisis, whether a product safety scare, an environmental incident, labor relations, management scandal, property management problem, or online attack, put that reputation to the test. The outcome can be devastating, but it doesn’t have to be.

Rigorous preparation is the most important factor in protecting the corporate reputation in the event of a crisis. More than that, research shows that thorough preparation actually reduces the likelihood of a major crisis happening in the first place. This is because the preparation phase highlights flaws and vulnerabilities that can be addressed, and creates a heightened sense of crisis awareness and vigilance that acts as an early warning system to snuff out potential crises before they escalate and emerge to cause financial damanage. So engaging in crisis preparation and prevention is one of the best investments you can make. What are the key areas you should address? Here are some of your first steps to protect the corporate reputation:

* Compile a list of reputational risks – involve business colleagues from different functions in this process to ensure you cover as many threats as possible. Encourage people to think worst case scenario rather than adopting an attitude of “it could never happen here”.

* Identify your stakeholders and partners – these are likely to include emergency services, regulators, bodies, employees, even competitors and suppliers, as well as the media. Make sure you have up to date contact details always to hand.

* Work out the best communication methods to reach your stakeholders in a crisis – this can vary from simple telephone calls, emails and briefings through to media interviews and press conferences.

*Social Media Support – Don’t overlook online channels: for example, have Twitter and Facebook social media accounts set up and ready to go.

* Form a crisis team – convene a small team of individuals with the relevant expertise and personal qualities necessary to handle a crisis. But remember, you will still need to run the rest of your business, and ensure you have deputies for all team members.

* Identify and equip a training room – a dedicated room containing items such as computers, network servers, direct phone lines, Wi-Fi, fax machine, TV, crisis manual, telephone contact list, whiteboards, flipcharts and so on. An adjacent quiet room, in which statements and other documents can be prepared, is also useful. Make sure that these rooms are out of range of camera lenses.

* Prepare a crisis manual – a set of clear processes and materials is an invaluable aid to effective crisis management. But make sure it is not so large and detailed that it is unusable in a real incident.

* Train the corporate crisis team – make them familiar with crisis procedures, test them using simulations, and put spokespeople through professional media training.

* Make your crisis planning come alive – re-visit the manual regularly, plan a schedule of training courses, and build bridges with your stakeholders before a crisis occurs. Preparation is essential if organizations want to protect their corporate reputation in the event of a crisis. Sound judgement and skillful leadership will also be required, but having strong foundations on which to apply these skills provides a strong head start. This is a smart investment for anyone to make.

Crisis management strategy has become a flourishing industry. Unfortunately, it is a necessity of corporate reputation management and public safety. While some companies hire experts (and professional bloggers) to consult or even completely develop the crisis management policies and crisis communications methods effectively, others take on the task by themselves.

The Importance Of Corporate Crisis Management

This is not a task for the faint-hearted as it comes with incredible responsibility. Depending upon the size of the organization and the type of industry involved the physical safety, emotional well-being, corporate reputation, and even environmental safety may rest upon a well-developed crisis corporate reputation management policy.

What Characteristics Should Be Included?

No matter who is responsible for developing and implementing the policies and procedures that must exist, there are certain characteristics that will be included in a successful business crisis management plan. Some of those characteristics are:

* Team creation – You must have a designated team of personnel that is in charge of handling. skillful should include expertise in executive, marketing/product management, operations, legal, human resources, information technology, finance, PR or media.

* Command center – A command center should be established which will serve as the central location for all incoming and outgoing top company communications.

* Problem dissection – The team must break down the problem into manageable sectors and assign those sectors to appropriate team members.

* Incoming communication – You must establish a telecommunications call center if necessary to handle concerns and possibly information from employees and members of the public if necessary.

* Outgoing communication – A single person (CEO or agency of record for example) should serve as the voice of the organization, whether you run www.seniorsforseniors.ca, The Hearing Room, the best online secondary school, or any other exceptional business. This top leader must be properly informed and prepared before providing any necessary public updates. It may also be necessary to communicate directly with employees or their family members as well.

* Resolution & control – Damage control must be handled promptly and effectively. This will not only be necessary for public safety, but also for corporate reputation management. A resolution when applicable should be employed. In addition, you must determine what steps can be established to prevent a similar situation in the future. When you employ the services of a professional crisis management team to develop and assist your new business in implementing the necessary policies and procedures to prepare for a crisis organization recognized these bases should all be addressed.

*SEO & Social Media Reputation Management – These days the damage that can be dealt on social media, Google, and other influential websites can be as severe as what happens offline. It could even be more so. You need to have a plan in place to deal with social media attacks, black hat SEO work, negative online reviews, and other digital marketing related matters.

Utilizing programs like an Instagram bot can help to automate certain processes that otherwise would be very time-consuming and/or expensive to scale. It will be well worth the investment when it comes to PR and reputation.

If you determine to undertake this project on your own, you must make sure that your plan contains all of these characteristics. Regardless of who will shoulder the responsibility of developing plans, procedures, and teams you must do it today. Do not put off preparing a successful crisis management plan until it is too late. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.

The biggest contributing factor to the successfulness of crisis communication and a crisis management plan is preparing in advance. While no one ever wants a crisis to happen, when it does being prepared allows for it to be handled in a manner that controls the damage to your reputation and helps those that are affected to minimize the negative personal effects.

Also remember that you can minimize or prevent some negative corporate reputation by implementing positive programs and policies at your company. Think of how much good will McDonald’s has bought over the years with the Ronald McDonald house charity. It helps minimize their public relations liability for food quality, employee pay, animal treatment and other factors. Providing great company benefits or green energy initiatives like geoengineering policies can also go a long way when it comes to positive PR and corporate reputation.

If you can’t improve your personal or corporate reputation then it could end up putting you out of a job. If failed reputation management costs you your job, then you might need to apply to new jobs for business managers and get back on the horse. Remember that corporate reputation management should always be a top priority in business.

We hope you enjoyed this article on how to improve or recover your corporation’s reputation and boost your business.

How To Build A Booming Matchmaking Business

January 26, 2019 by Recover Reputation

how to be a match-making mastermind business owner

Matchmaker, Matchmaker, Make me a match, Find me a find, catch me a catch.

Those catchy lyrics from the hit musical Fiddler On The Roof discuss the topic of matchmaking, or the process of matching two people up for romantic purposes and usually marriage. It’s one of the oldest professions, and a booming business opportunity in today’s digital world. In fact, professional matchmakers these days can make six figures if they can prove they have a recipe for success.

I’m quite satisfied with my career as a digital marketing consultant and SEO specialist. But if I were to change my career right now to a matchmaker, here are the steps I’d take first to be successful:

Market My MatchMaking Business

As a digital marketer by trade, obviously my first step would be market research, industry education, and marketing my service. After establishing that there was a need for a professional matchmaker in your local and digital marketplace, I’d learn more about the matchmaking industry. I’d look into getting a matchmaking certification, pick the brains of current matchmaking professionals, and then start the marketing process online and offline.

It Takes Two To Tango: The Power Of Partnership

As a matchmaking expert, I feel confident working with men and women of all ages and backgrounds with no discrimination. Usually that confidence is noticed by your prospects and clients, so they are fine with the fact that I am a man.

But not everyone feels that way. Some people are just more comfortable working with a woman. For that reason, I would partner with a female matchmaker as well, at least in a limited capacity. If I bring in a qualified lead on my own and they would strongly prefer working with a woman, I would refer them to my female partner for a fee. Or I would waive the fee if they would do the same for me.

Offer Free Consultations

Not every professional offers free consultations, but if you can make the time then it is an invaluable opportunity to prove your value. A lot of prospects that might be interested in your service will need to speak with you in person first, or at least do a phone call or video conference. Not only will it provide you with the opportunity to close more deals and get more referrals, but it will allow you to hone your sales pitch.

Have My Clients Join A Dating Website

Having your clients join a dating website is a big step to helping them find their future better halves. Not only does it open up their potential dating pool, but it gives them some great preparation and practice before getting out on the dating scene. It also helps them really think about what they are looking for and the values that they hold dear.

There are plenty of great free dating sites UK to join that provide the opportunity for finding a real relationship. If you need a specific suggestion, the best dating website to try out first is WeLoveDates. I would also join We Love Dates as well to get a better idea of how the site could become a valuable asset for customers.

Have Them Attend Events

Dating websites are essential to facilitating relationship matches, but you still want your clients to attend some social events IRL. Real relationships don’t just happen behind keyboards, they happen face to face and require social skills.

Ask For Testimonials And Referrals

Once you have at least a modest clientele, it’s crucial that you ask for testimonials and referrals. Requesting testimonials from satisfied customers can become a powerful marketing opportunity. You should post the testimonials on your website, social media, and other marketing materials to prove your value and success rate.

Asking for referrals is just as important or even more important. Ask all of your business clients, or even prospects that don’t sign with you, if they know of someone else that could benefit from your services. Chances are high that they know of someone that is looking for a relationship and having trouble. Everyone knows someone that could use a matchmaker, and those referrals could become big paydays.

Market Your Own Match

One of the best ways to ensure your matchmaking business is a success is to market your own match. And by that I mean your girlfriend, boyfriend, fiance, husband, or wife and your strong relationship. You can’t be a great matchmaker with a sterling reputation if you can’t prove your own success with relationships. People don’t hire fat personal trainers and they don’t hire life coaches that live in trailer parks.
